DniproBC Unity Project (ENG)
In the beginning of 2017, we found a new building for a Diamond Way Buddhist Center in Dnipro, Ukraine. It is a separate construction in the center of the city about 200 square meters in area (327 after renovation). The house needs common reconstruction, and it’s started in the April 2018.
After reconstruction we will get:
• big gompa (more 40 square meters)
• a large place for Sangha meetings and parties
• several residents accommodation (3-4 rooms)
• dormitory and big kitchen, so we will be able to organize public lectures and retreats
• the second floor above one part of the house.
On Birthday of His Holiness Gyalwa Karmapa, Lama Ole Nydahl gave his blessing for Dnipro Buddhist Center Growth Project. «There are the best of the best conditions for Dharma growth in Dnipro located in this place», – Lama Ole Nydahl said.
